Dhani Game Recharge Guide: Adding Money by UPI and Fixing Failed Payments
Published 17 October 2026 · 6 min read · Dhani Game Team

A recharge is how you add money to your Dhani Game wallet before you play. For most people in India that means a quick UPI payment, and most of the time it is credited without any fuss. When a Dhanigame recharge does go wrong, it is usually because the payment is still reconciling or because it was made outside the official payment page. This guide covers the normal flow and the fixes.
Quick answer: sign in to your own account, open the Wallet, tap Recharge, enter an amount and pay through the UPI app that opens from that page. Check your wallet balance and transaction history afterwards. If money left your bank but the wallet did not update, do not pay again — save the UTR number and a screenshot, give it time to reconcile, then contact support.
Before You Recharge
Be signed in to your own account
Money is credited to whichever account is logged in when the payment starts. If you share a phone, check the account name in the menu first. New players can create an account or log in here.
Use the official app or site
Copycat apps and look-alike links exist for almost every popular game. Install the app only from the official Dhani Game download page so the payment screen you see is the real one.
Decide your budget first
Pick the amount before you open the wallet, not after a losing round. Treat it as spending money for entertainment, separate from rent, bills and savings. The bankroll basics guide shows a simple way to set and stick to a limit.
How to Recharge Step by Step
- Open the app or website and sign in.
- Tap Wallet, then Recharge or Deposit.
- Enter the amount you planned. The page shows any minimum, maximum or charge that applies.
- Choose a payment option, such as a UPI app installed on your phone.
- Your UPI app opens with the payment filled in. Check the amount, then approve it with your UPI PIN.
- Return to the game app without closing the payment page early, and wait for the confirmation screen.
- Open the transaction history and confirm the recharge is listed as successful.
Any first-recharge offer or bonus terms are shown in in-app notices and the Terms. Read them before accepting, because bonus money can come with conditions that affect when it can be withdrawn.
How to Confirm the Payment Reached Your Wallet
Look in two places. First, the wallet balance should have gone up by the amount you paid. Second, the transaction history should show the recharge with a success status. If the balance has not changed, pull down to refresh or reopen the app before assuming anything is wrong. In your UPI app, the same payment will have a UTR or reference number — keep it until you are sure the credit is in place.
Money Debited but Not Credited
This is the most stressful recharge problem, and also the one with the most predictable fix. Usually the bank has taken the money but the payment gateway has not yet confirmed it to the game. Here is what to do:
- Do not pay again. A second payment does not push the first one through; it just puts more money in limbo.
- Copy the UTR or reference number from your UPI app or bank statement.
- Take a screenshot of the successful debit, showing the amount, date and time.
- Give the payment gateway time to reconcile. Many pending payments resolve on their own, either crediting the wallet or being reversed to your bank by your bank or UPI provider.
- If the wallet still has not updated, contact Dhani Game support through in-app support in the account menu or email [email protected], with the UTR, amount, time and screenshot.
One complete message with the UTR is much easier to match than several partial ones, so put everything in a single request.
Payment Method Notes
- UPI apps — the quickest option for most players. Keep the app updated and make sure your bank account is linked and active.
- Bank-side limits — your own bank or UPI app may cap daily transactions. A decline from them is not an error in the game.
- Available options — the payment methods offered can change, so the deposit page is the place to see what is currently supported.
Recharge Safety
Only pay through the payment page that opens from your own wallet. If someone on WhatsApp, Telegram or a comment thread sends you a personal UPI ID or QR code and says it is a faster way to recharge, do not use it — that money will not reach your account. Support will never ask for your OTP, UPI PIN or password. Once a recharge is done and you have played, our withdrawal guide explains how to cash out to your own bank account.
18+ only. Play with money you can afford to lose, set your recharge amount in advance, and never recharge to win back losses. If you feel your play is getting out of hand, confidential help is available from Gambling Therapy and GamCare.
Summary
Recharging is simple when you stay inside the official app: sign in, open the wallet, pay through UPI and confirm the credit in your history. If a payment is debited but not credited, keep calm, keep the UTR, avoid paying twice and let support trace it. A budget set in advance keeps the whole thing enjoyable.
